I can recommend Prompt Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company. I called the office number at 6pm Tuesday evening for a leaking toilet and they had a plumber out to me on Wednesday morning at 8am. Kerim assessed the situation and provided me with three options to fix the toilet. Kerims professional knowledge and friendly assistance was welcomed and he carried out the necessary work required in a timely and efficient manner was very much appreciated. First class customer service all round!
Absolutely sensational. We had no hot water and I had called an emergency 24 hour plumber. I have yet to hear from the emergency plumber some 3 days later! I called Prompt Plumbing at 8am and had a plumber within 60 minutes to assess the situation, and after discussing my options, I had a new hot water system before midday. Very efficient, polite and reliable. Thank you.
