Absolutely sensational. We had no hot water and I had called an emergency 24 hour plumber. I have yet to hear from the emergency plumber some 3 days later! I called Prompt Plumbing at 8am and had a plumber within 60 minutes to assess the situation, and after discussing my options, I had a new hot water system before midday.
